Machined parts with tight dimensional tolerances should be stored in
sealed containers, preferably in bags containing desiccant, to prevent
dimensional changes caused by moisture absorption.
Components that will be rapidly exposed to temperatures above 200 °C
should be dried before use or kept dry during operation to reduce the
risk of deformation.
